Job summary

FASTSIGNS #13301 is seeking a Project Coordinator to join a fast-paced team managing client projects from concept to completion. You will own the operational execution pipeline, including estimating, approvals, and delivery, in close partnership with our top sales professional who focuses on relationships and pipeline growth.

The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and 1–3 years of admin or project experience.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of fast-paced admin, account management, or project experience (signage, print, construction, or logistics preferred).
• Tech-fluent; HubSpot/CoreBridge experience is a plus.
• organizer and problem solver who can manage multiple tasks with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Translate client briefs into structured files, build estimates, manage CRM/ERP data, and source permits/materials.
• Review design proofs against specs, coordinate approvals, and maintain proactive communication on status.
• Manage the WIP pipeline with production, coordinate site surveys/installations, and assist with archiving/accounts receivable.
