Aspen Contracting, Inc. is seeking fast-paced Operations Support Coordinators to keep roofing projects running smoothly. You will be the right hand to Production Managers—handling calls, emails, schedules, and tracking details with confidence and precision.

This onsite role in Lee’s Summit, MO offers full-time schedules, weekly pay, and benefits including healthcare and a 401(k). Join a collaborative Production Support team and help drive project success.

Qualifications

• Calm under pressure with clear communication.
• Strong Excel skills and highly organized.
• Experience in admin support, logistics, or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Managing 50–75 calls and 100+ emails daily using your personal phone.
• Using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Aspen software to track progress and update spreadsheets.
• Coordinating material deliveries and crew schedules.
• Processing subcontractor payroll every two weeks.
• Updating project status reports and accounts receivable.
