Job summary

North American Risk Services is seeking a skilled recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for insurance-related roles across the organization. You will source, screen, interview, extend offers, and support onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience from first contact to hire.

You will partner with hiring managers, handle multiple requisitions, and maintain strong pipelines for claims, client services, and operations.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting in insurance, claims, TPA, or financial services preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions, deadlines, and priorities.
• Strong sense of urgency with accuracy and quality.
• Excellent organizational, communication, follow-up, and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliant interviewing practices.
• Experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and MS Teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Recruit for insurance-related roles including claims adjusters and client services.
• Handle multiple open requisitions and competing priorities.
• Respond quickly and professionally to urgent staffing needs.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking.
• Conduct detailed candidate screenings for experience, qualifications, and fit.
• Develop and maintain pipelines of insurance and claims professionals.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and timelines.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates and managers.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate evaluations and documentation.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Provide updates on pipelines, challenges, and hiring dates.
• Deliver a professional candidate experience from contact to onboarding.
• Meet recruiting goals: time-to-fill, quality, responsiveness, and manager satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and interviewing best practices.
