The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years in lead development or sales, excels at building pipelines, and can forecast, negotiate, and close deals using our Salesforce CRM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2-3 years in a lead development or sales role.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Aspen or similar products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed individual quota.
• Build a strong sales pipeline through outbound and inbound activities.
• Communicate value of AspenTech's solutions and negotiate contracts.
• Forecast sales achievement and develop territory plans.
• Mentor junior teammates and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
