The Range Picker plays a key role in maintaining the quality and efficiency of our golf practice facilities. This position is responsible for collecting golf balls from the driving range, operating range equipment safely, and ensuring the area remains clean, organized, and guest-ready. Ideal candidates are reliable, safety-conscious, and enjoy working outdoors in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Operate range picker equipment to collect golf balls from the driving range.
Wash, sort, and restock golf balls into appropriate containers or dispensers.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the range area, including mats, baskets, and signage.
Monitor equipment for maintenance needs and report issues promptly.
Assist with setup and breakdown of range stations as needed.
Provide friendly and professional service to guests using the practice facility.
Follow all safety protocols and resort policies while operating machinery.
Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Golf Operations team.
Other duties as required.
Must be at least 18 years of age with reliable transportation.
Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Ability to operate light machinery safely (training provided).
Comfortable working independently and outdoors for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Ability to lift to 40 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as bending, walking, and standing.
