Responsibilities

• Talk directly with ranchers via chat and phone to resolve issues quickly.
• Troubleshoot technical issues using data and judgment.
• Partner with technical teams to translate complex issues into actions.
• Analyze support data to identify patterns and drive improvements.
• Coordinate with Field, Onboarding, Sales and Product teams to ensure seamless experiences.
