Job summary

Lone Mountain Ranch in Big Sky, Montana seeks a Room Attendant to create a warm, comfortable guest experience by maintaining cabins and public areas to Ranch standards.

You will work closely with Housekeeping, Front Desk, Maintenance, and other teams to ensure spaces feel welcoming, clean, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in clean spaces.
• Friendly, professional communication and guest-focused demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest cabins and public spaces to Ranch standards.
• Complete stayover, departure, and turndown services with attention to detail.
• Change linens, replenish amenities, and restock cabin refreshments.
• Help maintain clean common areas, offices, bathrooms, restaurants, and the Outpost.
• Inspect cabins to ensure readiness and presentation before guest arrival.
• Communicate maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate teams.
• Assist with laundry operations and linen organization as needed.
• Provide friendly and professional interactions with guests and coworkers.
• Support Ranch operations while contributing to a positive and team-oriented environment.
