Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.

• Comfortable communicating with guests and team members professionally.
• Calm, adaptable, and solution-oriented during busy service periods.
• Familiarity with reservation and POS systems; basic computer skills helpful.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with seating and reservations.
• Manage waitlists, reservations, and table flow during service periods.
• Communicate clearly with restaurant staff to ensure smooth service.
• Answer guest questions about menus and Ranch offerings.
• Assist with table resets, water service, and dining room support.
• Maintain organized, clean host stand and waiting area.
• Support take-out orders and special guest requests with attention to detail.
• Assist bartenders, servers, or other team members as needed.
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused environment.
