Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest cabins and public spaces to Ranch standards
• Complete stayover, departure, and turndown services with attention to detail
• Change linens, replenish amenities, and restock cabin refreshments
• Help maintain clean and organized common areas, offices, bathrooms, restaurants, and the Outpost
• Inspect cabins to ensure readiness and overall presentation before guest arrival
• Communicate maintenance or repair needs proactively to the appropriate teams
• Assist with laundry operations and linen organization as needed
• Provide friendly and professional interactions with guests and coworkers
• Support overall Ranch operations while contributing to a positive and team-oriented environment

More than housekeeping, this position helps shape the atmosphere and feeling guests experience throughout their stay by maintaining beautifully cared-for cabins and inviting public spaces across the Ranch.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, notices the small details, and enjoys contributing to a team-focused hospitality environment.
