Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry.
• Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid CA driver's license with clean DMV record.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with transportation of luggage to and from rooms, ensuring a seamless process.
• Provide a warm and welcoming greeting to guests on arrival and offer assistance as needed.
• Arrange transportation services (taxis, shuttles) and share information on local attractions, dining, and amenities.
• Receive and deliver packages, mail, and items for guests with secure handling.
• Serve as a communication link between guests and hotel departments to coordinate services.
