Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a similar luxury resort role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, check-in/out, and issue room keys.
• Answer guest inquiries and provide information on services.
• Manage reservations and assist with room assignments.
• Resolve guest issues to enhance satisfaction.
