Tech Mahindra Network Services in Philadelphia, PA is seeking an Engineer - RAN Execution with 5+ years of hands-on experience in LTE and 5G testing to join our lab team.

You will create and execute test plans, configure RAN networks, perform mobility tests, and install new software releases in the lab while collaborating with carrier environments.

The role requires strong knowledge of LTE/5G protocols, IP networking, and Linux, with a focus on delivering reliable network performance tests.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience with Tier 1/2/3 carriers
• Proven understanding of LTE & 5G protocol stack
• Knowledge of 5G architecture, components and deployment models
• Advanced knowledge of IP networking and Linux

Responsibilities

• Create & Execute test plans and report results on 4G/5G systems
• Configure RAN/network to simulate environments for testing
• Perform LTE/5G mobility testing including inter-/intra-RAT handovers
• Test CBRS Domain Proxies
• Manage lab installations for test scenarios
• Install and validate new product software releases in the lab
• Develop technical relationships within customer lab environments
