Job summary

Nokia Federal Solutions Inc. is seeking a seasoned RF Performance Verification Engineer to join our team, focusing on 4G LTE and 5G NR networks. You will design, execute, and analyze RF tests, interpret L1/L2 logs, and verify performance across diverse RF conditions.

You will mentor junior engineers, support customers, and demonstrate product capabilities using advanced channel emulators and test equipment. This role emphasizes collaboration with U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years of RF performance verification experience.
• Proven 4G LTE and 5G NR experience.
• Strong knowledge of 3GPP specifications.
• Experience with RF test equipment and log analysis.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and analyze RF performance verification tests for 4G/5G base stations and network elements.
• Test under diverse RF conditions including near-cell, cell-edge, varying SINR and fading environments.
• Operate RF test equipment and perform L1/L2 log analysis.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers and share knowledge.
• Demonstrate products and provide customer-facing support.
