Finom is expanding its all-in-one financial platform across Europe and seeking a proactive Senior Account Manager. You will manage a portfolio of high-value SME clients, prioritize outreach, and drive revenue growth with upsell opportunities across card, invoicing, and banking features.

Collaborate with onboarding, product, and support to ensure promises are kept. You will work in a fast-moving scale-up, travel across Europe, and leverage data to guide strategic conversations with

Qualificações

• 2+ years of account management experience in fintech or B2B SaaS.
• At least 1 year of outbound or business development experience.
• Strong hunger to win, commercially sharp, data-driven decision making, and resilience.

Responsabilidades

• Own a portfolio of high-value SME clients across Europe and drive sustainable revenue growth.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Finom’s product suite.
• Build relationships with decision-makers and be their go-to contact for strategic issues.
• Use account data, usage signals and portfolio trends to inform outreach and commercial conversations.
• Maintain a clean pipeline and activity tracking in Salesforce; collaborate with onboarding, product and support.
• Utilize Modjo or similar call tools to sharpen performance and share learnings.
