United Airlines is seeking an Air Traffic Systems Ramp Controller to coordinate ramp control and gate management across airport operations. You will serve as the focal point for safe, efficient ground movement of aircraft within ramp boundaries and collaborate with internal teams to prioritize departures and arrivals.

The role requires understanding of evolving airport layouts, equipment, and procedures, along with strong communication with Stations Operations Center and FAA partners.

• Understanding of the capabilities and limitations of AI tools and how to apply them to research, analysis, content creation, and problem solving.
• Applies critical thinking to validate AI-generated outputs while adhering to company policies on responsible AI use, data privacy, and security.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and administer ramp control and gate management within airport non-movement areas per shift.
• Monitor inbound and outbound operations; issue push, taxi, safety advisories, and instructions to aircraft.
• Communicate with Stations Operations Center, Network Operations Center, and ATS Desk on flight priority and resource capabilities.
• Maintain liaison with airport authority, FAA, other airlines, deice companies to ensure smooth ramp operations.
