Responsibilities

• Supervise ramp operations including arrivals, departures and turnaround.

• Coordinate ground support equipment and maintenance.
• Monitor performance and implement efficiency improvements.
• Prepare reports on ramp operations, safety audits, and staffing.
• Communicate with flight crews and departments for smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with aviation safety standards.
