Job summary

Alliance Ground International is seeking a Ramp Supervisor to lead flights and ensure safe, on-time operations for cargo and aviation services. You will supervise agents, guide aircraft to gates, and manage baggage and cargo handling, while maintaining safety standards.

The role includes mentoring staff, operating equipment, and supporting staffing schedules to meet operational needs. This full-time position requires flexibility for a 24/7 operation and compliance with security requirements.

Qualifications

• Prior work experience required.
• Education credentials required where applicable.
• Certifications/licenses may be required for certain roles.
• Airport Badge/Security Clearance may be required per regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise agents and leads on each shift to ensure all proper procedures are followed in a safe, efficient manner.
• Mentor and coach agents and leads and conduct on-the-job training.
• Guide inbound/outbound airplanes to and from the gate.
• Transport, load and unload passenger baggage, cargo, and mail.
• Clean aircraft passenger cabins between flights and stock aircraft with needed supplies.
• Operate heavy equipment to move luggage and cargo, tow planes between gates, and refill water tanks and lavatories.
• Be on time, be prepared, and be safe.
• Assist with creating and managing staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage for each flight.
