Job summary

Unifi Aviation LLC is seeking a Ramp Lead to supervise a ramp team, marshal aircraft, and manage baggage handling on the tarmac. You will operate ramp equipment and ensure safety standards while maintaining efficient aircraft flow.

Candidates should be able to work rotating shifts, comply with airport credentials, and support the team in daily ramp duties. The role offers full-time hours and benefits consistent with aviation ground services.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to obtain credentials required by airport/state/customs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of ramp agents and marshal aircraft on the ramp.
• Handle loading/unloading and baggage transfer tasks.
• Operate ramp equipment (stairs, belts, tow tractors) and perform de-icing as needed.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance at all times.
