Unifi Aviation LLC is seeking a Ramp Team Lead to marshal aircraft, lead ramp operations, load and unload baggage, and supervise teams on the tarmac. You will ensure safety, enforce procedures, and coordinate with crew and ground staff to move aircraft efficiently.

Responsibilities include wing-walker duties, operating ramp equipment, de-icing as needed, and maintaining compliance with safety standards. Must be 18+, HS diploma, and able to obtain credentials.

Formación

• At least 18 years old.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required by airport, state or customs requirements.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of agents in ramp service duties.
• Marshal aircraft on the ramp for arrivals, departures and tow operations.
• Perform wing walker duties to protect wing and de-ice aircraft as needed.
• Load, unload, sort and transfer baggage and cargo; operate ramps and baggage handling equipment.
• May perform cabin service duties such as cleaning and restocking supplies.
• Ensure safe working conditions, enforce safety policies, and adhere to laws and company policies.
• Complete work safely and report safety incidents or hazards promptly.
