Job summary

Piedmont Airlines seeks a Ramp Supervisor to manage operational activities in Ground Handling. You will conduct briefs, distribute training materials, create schedules, and assist the training department. You must supervise staff, defuse conflicts, and ensure safety and quality customer service.

The role requires strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and familiarity with Microsoft Office. Prior airline management experience is preferred and the position reports to the General

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in aviation, business, or related field is required or preferred.
• Airline operations experience is a plus.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and ability to train staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and on-the-job training for ramp staff.
• Create and coordinate staff schedules and briefs.
• Coach staff and administer discipline as needed.
• Ensure on-time performance and high service quality.
