Piedmont Airlines is seeking a Ramp Supervisor for our Ground Handling team at Albany, NY. You will oversee ramp operations, lead training efforts, and ensure on-time performance while delivering high‑quality customer service.

The role requires strong organizational skills, experience with airport procedures, and familiarity with Sabre/QIK. This is a full‑time on-site position with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication across all management levels.
• Familiarity with QIK and Sabre is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-the-job training for ramp staff and supervise training activities.
• Conduct briefs and distribute training materials and checklists to mentors.
• Create and coordinate staff schedules.
• Provide hands-on support to Training Department and feedback to managers.
• Approve release to duty after training completion.
• Coach staff and support career development.
• Monitor performance and address non-compliance as needed.
• Manage ramp team and ensure on-time performance and quality service.
