• Maintain safe working environment and implement injury-reduction programs.
• Communicate status updates to leaders and staff.
• Forecast operational situations and drive action on delays or disruptions.
• Assist staff planning to build bids aligned with hourly goals.
• Perform daily admin tasks: shift bids, payroll, attendance.
