Qualifications

• Fully functioning, broad knowledge of Airline Operations
• Must be able to obtain a SIDA badge and meet all local airport requirements
• Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Actively coordinate with all Departments to maintain on-time performance
• Monitor and guide ground support performance to meet requirements
• Oversee day-to-day airport operations to ensure safety and efficiency
• Manage shift bids, daily work assignments, payroll, and attendance
• Ensure proper administration of labor contracts and agreements
