Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and participates in Ramp Services operations for contracted and charter flights.
• Directs, trains, and coordinates an assigned shift for services.
• Implements departmental policy and advises management on policy issues.
• Coordinates with air carrier personnel and TSA as required.
• Maintains equipment and ensures it is in good working order.
• Ensures FAA and TSA regulations and airline rules are followed.
