Job summary

Piedmont Airlines, Inc. is seeking a Ramp Agent in its Ground Handling Department to assist with baggage handling and aircraft servicing in a fast-paced outdoor airport setting. The role requires completing the Ramp Agent training course and reporting to the General Manager.

The ideal candidate will be able to operate service vehicles, de-ice aircraft, and work collaboratively to meet company goals while delivering excellent customer service, including support for passengers and airline partners.

Responsibilities

• Below-the-wing servicing of the aircraft.
• Load and unload baggage and cargo.

• Work as a team to provide excellent customer service and meet corporate objectives.
