Swissport International AG seeks a Ramp Manager to efficiently lead ramp activities, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time performance across ground handling services.

You will plan budgets, monitor KPIs, manage resources, and collaborate with airport authorities, customers, and internal teams. The role requires 3–5 years of managerial experience in ground handling with a strong emphasis on safety and process improvement.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years managerial experience in ground handling operations.
• Strong focus on procedural compliance and safety practices.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Plan operating budgets and resource allocation with General Manager oversight.
• Ensure service levels and KPI targets for baggage handling and on-time performance are met.
• Maintain records and enforce company rules, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide leadership to supervisors and ramp staff, including on-call availability for emergencies.
