Job summary

Skyservice in Bend, Oregon is seeking a Ramp Supervisor to lead Line Service teams, coordinate with airport authorities and vendors, and ensure efficient, safe ramp operations.

The role requires 5–7 years in Line Service or aviation/ramp, strong supervisory and communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure, with on-call flexibility. You will oversee scheduling, performance reviews, and collaboration across CSRs and Maintenance to maintain service quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years’ experience in Line Service, Aviation/FBO or ramp.
• Strong knowledge of software programs used in line service.
• Superior customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong supervisory skills: motivate, train, retain.
• Collaborative attitude.
• Strong computer skills.
• Flexibility to work extra hours and on-call.
• Post-secondary education is a plus.
• Professionalism and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships within Line Service teams to foster cohesive operations.
• Provide leadership daily to Line Crew and direct reports.
• Oversee scheduling, timekeeping, vacation, and overtime within budget.
• Coordinate with airport, vendors, and partners to maintain operations.
• Ensure safety, security, and regulatory compliance across activities.
• Participate in base meetings and support base team.
• Facilitate communication among Line Crew, CSRs, and Maintenance teams.
• Monitor ramp operations and resolve delays with corrective actions.
• Assist in investigations and close-out of occurrences.
• Lead by example and uphold policies and safety procedures.
