Job summary

Alliance Ground International (AGI) is hiring a Ramp Agent in Phoenix, AZ to ensure flights depart on time by performing ground handling duties in a fast-paced aviation environment. You will guide inbound/outbound aircraft, load and unload baggage and cargo, operate belt loaders and other ground equipment, and follow safety procedures.

Applicants must be 18+, have a HS diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and be willing to work nights, weekends, or holidays; SIDA training is required

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Guide inbound/outbound aircraft to gates and assist with movement.
• Load/unload baggage and cargo; assist with passenger needs.
• Operate ground equipment (belt loaders, pushback, deicers) and tow equipment.
• Complete paperwork and data entry; adhere to safety and security procedures.
