Job summary

Alliance Ground International in the United States is seeking a Ramp Agent to support flights with ground handling, baggage, and cargo operations in a fast-paced outdoor environment. You will guide aircraft, load and unload baggage, operate equipment, and uphold safety standards while working flexible hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Candidates should be 18+, with a high school diploma and valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills for coordinating with flight crews, gate agents and ground staff.
• Basic math for weight/balance calculations.
• Ability to use computer systems to track cargo and baggage.
• Strong problem-solving and time-management in a fast-paced ramp environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide inbound/outbound airplanes to and from the gate.
• Load/unload baggage, cargo, and mail from aircraft safely.
• Safeguard baggage and cargo from weather, theft or damage.
• Clean aircraft cabins between flights and stock supplies.
• Operate heavy equipment (belt loaders, tugs) and coordinate with Wing Walkers.
• Move luggage/cargo between aircraft and storage or transport modes.
