Job summary

Alliance Ground International (AGI) is seeking a Part-Time Ramp Agent in Palm Springs, CA to support on-aircraft ground handling and baggage operations. You will guide aircraft to gates, load and unload baggage and cargo, and operate ramp equipment while maintaining strict safety and security standards.

The role requires 18+ years of age, a valid driver's license, US work authorization, and ramp/SIDA training. Prior experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma, GED, or work experience equivalent.
• Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• If work location is in the United States, must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
• Must complete ramp and SIDA training to obtain airport authority identification security.
• Preferred Qualifications - One+ year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Guide inbound/outbound airplanes to and from the gate.
• Transport, load/unload, sort and transfer passenger baggage, cargo, and mail material safely.
• Operate heavy equipment such as pushback equipment and belt loaders; maintain visual contact with Wing Walkers.
• Receive and record customer baggage, air freight, mail, and company materials; complete related paperwork.
• Follow safety procedures and work in a team-focused, fast-paced environment.
