Alliance Ground International (AGI) in Georgia is hiring Ramp Agents to provide essential ground support and help flights depart on time. You will guide aircraft, load baggage, operate equipment, and ensure safety in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Candidates should be 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and be able to obtain ramp/SIDA training. Benefits include health coverage, 401(k), and travel discounts.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with flight crew and ground crew.
• Basic math for weight/balance calculations.
• Able to use computer systems to track cargo and baggage.
• Good problem-solving skills for loading/unloading.
• Effective time management in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide inbound/outbound airplanes to and from the gate.
• Load/unload baggage, cargo, and mail safely.
• Operate heavy equipment (belt loaders, tugs, etc.).
• Perform safety procedures to protect baggage and cargo.
• Complete paperwork and data entry for work orders.
