You will guide aircraft, move baggage and cargo, operate ground equipment, and ensure accuracy of cargo records while adhering to procedures and training requirements.

The role emphasizes physical stamina, teamwork, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed, with strong emphasis on safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills for coordinating with flight crews and ground teams.
• Basic math skills for weight and balance calculations.
• Computer literacy to track cargo and baggage in the system.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues during loading/unloading.
• Strong time management to perform tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Guide inbound/outbound airplanes to and from the gate.
• Handle baggage, cargo, and mail safely in aircraft compartments and on carts.
• Safeguard baggage and cargo from weather, loss, theft, or damage.
• Clean cabins and stock supplies between flights.
• Operate and coordinate heavy equipment and pushback tugs with Wing Walkers.
• Record all cargo and baggage movements and enter data as required.
• Complete paperwork and adhere to safety protocols and training requirements.
