Job summary

Piedmont Airlines is seeking a motivated Ramp Agent in our Ground Handling Department to support baggage handling and aircraft servicing in a fast-paced outdoor airport setting. The role requires successful completion of the Ramp Agent training course and reports to the General Manager.

Essential duties include under-wing servicing, baggage and cargo handling, vehicle operation, aircraft guidance, and cabin maintenance, with a focus on safety and customer service across all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Below-the-wing servicing of the aircraft.

• Guide and park aircraft.
• Perform cabin maintenance tasks.
• De-ice aircraft.
• Work as a team to provide excellent customer service and meet corporate objectives.
