Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services, Inc. is seeking a Ramp Supervisor to lead a team of ramp agents and ensure safe, efficient aircraft handling on the ground. You will coordinate baggage handling, aircraft towing, and servicing, while aligning with safety protocols and turnaround targets.

You will train and mentor staff, liaise with flight crews and airport operations, enforce DOT and airline standards, and respond to operational issues to maintain service quality and punctual flight schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in ramp operations or a related aviation field.
• Proven supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of ramp safety and operational procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and use digital devices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise ramp team operations including aircraft loading and unloading.
• Coordinate ramp activities to ensure timely turnarounds of flights.
• Train and mentor ramp staff on procedures and safety.
• Monitor compliance with airline and airport regulations.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings and manage communications with flight crews.
• Maintain safety standards and manage incidents on the ramp.
