Job summary

You will work with a dedicated team in a fast-paced setting, integrated with a safety and training network to ensure top-notch operations for each flight. Responsibilities include ground handling, customer assistance, and maintaining facilities and equipment to the highest safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent education.
• Valid driver's license and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Basic English communication skills (B1 level or above).
• Willingness to work flexible hours — rain or shine.
• Preferably at least one year of mechanical experience.
• Direct line and ramp experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Safely handling aircraft ground operations, including fueling, towing, marshalling, and ground support equipment.
• Delivering excellent customer service by assisting passengers and crews with luggage, transportation, and amenities.
• Maintaining facilities, equipment, and supplies to safety, quality, and cleanliness standards.
• Supporting a strong safety-first culture by following procedures and reporting hazards or issues.
