Jet Aviation in Bedford, MA seeks a Line and Ramp Agent to support aircraft, crews, and passengers with safety and precision on-site at our FBO. You will work with a dedicated team in a fast-paced environment, delivering top-notch service for luxury flights and close collaboration with clients and crew.

Minimum requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and basic English (B1+).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and responsible attitude.
• Basic English communication (B1+).
• Mechanical experience preferred; direct ramp experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Safely handling aircraft ground operations including fueling, towing, marshalling, and ground support equipment.
• Delivering excellent customer service to passengers and crews with luggage, transport, and amenities.
• Maintaining facilities, equipment, and supplies to the highest safety, quality, and cleanliness standards.
• Reporting hazards or issues and supporting a safety-first culture.
