Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Basic English communication (B1) or higher.
• One year of mechanical experience preferred.
• Direct line and ramp experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and outdoor work.
• Strong customer service and quality focus.
• Ability to stay calm and perform under pressure.
