Job summary

Jet Aviation Inc. seeks a Line & Ramp Lead to support daily shift operations, ensuring customer service standards and base requirements are met per Jet Aviation policies. You will lead the Line Services team, while also performing line duties as part of the team.

The role requires experience in general aviation, strong English communication, and a commitment to safety and quality. Training spans several weeks, with a 2nd shift starting point and potential shifts over time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two to four years of relevant experience, including at least two years as a Line Service Technician or in a training role.
• Must be at least 18 years old and maintain a clean driving record.
• Ability to work flexible hours, in varying weather, and meet physical job requirements.
• Must obtain NATA Line Service certification, an MVOP within 30–60 days of hire, and an Airport ID Badge within 30 days of hire.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, able to work independently with limited supervision.
• Capable of assuming leadership responsibilities in the supervisor’s absence.
• Professional, customer-focused, and committed to delivering an excellent experience for customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Support daily oversight of shift operations, review timecards, assist with scheduling, and monitor overtime.
• Act as primary point of contact for shift communications and implement directives and training.
• Lead day-to-day flight line operations including fueling, towing, hangar stacking, ramp parking, and equipment handling.
• Promote and enforce safety policies, guiding team members and supporting leadership in the absence of the Senior Manager.
• Marshal aircraft during arrivals and departures using standard signals and safe practices.
• Assist with aircraft and hangar cleaning to support readiness and service standards.
• Represent Jet Aviation professionally, aligning with company values publicly and internally.
