Job summary

Jet Aviation Inc. in St. Louis, MO, seeks a Line and Ramp Agent to support aircraft, crews and passengers with safety and service excellence.

You will work on the tarmac in a fast-paced FBO setting, handling ground operations, luggage, and customer care, while maintaining facilities and equipment to the highest standards. The role is on-site with a 2nd shift (2 pm–10 pm) and training of 4–6 weeks. Basic English (B1+), a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license are required; prior ramp

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Basic English communication skills (B1 or above).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong sense of responsibility and courteous attitude.
• Preferably at least one year of mechanical experience.
• Direct line and ramp experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Safely handle aircraft ground operations including fueling, towing, marshalling and GSE use.
• Deliver excellent customer service to passengers and crews for luggage, transport and amenities.
• Maintain facilities, equipment and supplies to safety and quality standards.
• Support safety-first culture by following procedures and reporting hazards.
