Job summary

Jet Aviation Belgrade, MT, is seeking a Line & Ramp Agent to support aircraft and passenger operations with safety and high service standards. The role is on-site at Bozeman, MT, with a dynamic, 24/7 operation and a training period of 4–6 weeks.

The posted base pay is $23–$24 per hour ($47,000–$49,000 annually), plus an annual bonus potential up to 5%. Full benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, tuition reimbursement, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic English (B1) communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and outdoors.
• Preferably at least one year of mechanical or ramp experience.

Responsibilities

• Safely handling aircraft ground operations (fueling, towing, marshalling, ground support).
• Delivering excellent customer service to passengers and crews.
• Maintaining facilities, equipment and supplies to safety and quality standards.
• Support a safety-first culture by following procedures and reporting hazards.
