Jet Aviation Inc. in Bozeman, MT is seeking a part-time Line and Ramp Agent to support our FBO operations. You will work on-site with a focus on safety, precision, and exceptional service for passengers, crews, and clients.

The role includes handling ground operations, luggage transport, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. Training will precede the assigned shift, with a dynamic, flexible schedule and opportunities to grow within a luxury-flight-focused team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Basic English communication skills (B1 level or above).
• Courteous, respectful attitude and reliable work ethic.
• Preferably at least one year of mechanical experience.
• Direct line and ramp experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to work flexible hours—rain or shine.
• Able to work outdoors and stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Safely handling aircraft ground operations, including fueling, towing, marshalling, and ground support equipment.
• Delivering excellent customer service by assisting passengers and crews with luggage, transportation, and amenities.
• Maintaining facilities, equipment, and supplies to safety, quality, and cleanliness standards.
• Supporting a safety-first culture by following procedures and reporting hazards.
