Job summary

ZealoTech People is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to develop new business opportunities and build relationships with home builders, contractors, architects, and residential construction professionals throughout the Raleigh market.

You will travel daily across the Raleigh area to meet clients, present proposals, and close deals. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and CRM/Microsoft Office skills, with a focus on driving territory growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales, business development, or territory management.
• Experience in outside sales or residential construction is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Drive territory sales growth through networking and account management.
• Conduct sales calls, meetings, and presentations.
• Prepare quotes, bids, and proposals.
• Maintain customer records and sales activities in CRM.
• Identify opportunities in new construction and home renovations.
