Job summary

NOXYZ is seeking aResidential Sales Specialist in Raleigh to own a territory, prospect for new business, and close high-quality, company-generated leads. You will manage the full sales cycle from inspection to insurance claim and signed contract, while hitting monthly quota and leveraging our in-house marketing system.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in quota-driven outside sales in related fields, enjoy prospecting, and are tech-savvy with CRM tools and mobile apps.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in quota-driven outside sales, preferably in home improvement, roofing, restoration, or claims.
• Willingness to prospect and build your own business, not just work provided leads.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Tech-savvy with CRM tools and mobile sales apps.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage territory pipeline through direct prospecting and referrals.
• Close high-quality, company-generated leads using our sales process.
• Manage full sales cycle from inspection to contract.
• Hit monthly quota and pipeline targets.
