Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks an experienced Personal Injury Associate Attorney to join the Raleigh, NC practice. The attorney will manage a complex caseload from pre-litigation through trial, representing plaintiffs in motor vehicle and trucking accidents.

The role requires a J.D., active NC bar membership, and at least 3 years of personal injury or premises liability experience, with strong writing and advocacy skills. On-site position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active State Bar membership (NC required).
• Minimum 3+ years of personal injury or premises liability experience.
• Ability to manage a high volume of cases.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle pre-litigation and litigation cases daily.
• Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Guide clients through the case process.
• Interact with expert witnesses and draft reports.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
