Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Raleigh, NC seeks an experienced Personal Injury Trial Attorney to manage a complex caseload from pre-litigation through trial, representing plaintiffs in motor vehicle and trucking accident cases.

You will lead case strategy, draft filings, coordinate with experts, and prepare for depositions, mediations, and court appearances while delivering excellent client service.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active NC State Bar membership in good standing.
• Minimum 3+ years of personal injury or premises liability experience.
• Ability to manage a high volume of cases.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.
