Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Personal Injury attorney for a well established PI firm in Raleigh, NC. This on-site role focuses on litigation and trials in a high-volume environment.

You will handle litigation files through progression toward settlement or trial, draft motions and pleadings, and guide clients through the process. North Carolina bar admission is required with a minimum of 3 years PI experience.

Qualifications

• Must be a member of the local state bar.
• Must have a degree from an accredited law school.
• At least 3 years of PI experience.
• Willing to work at volume in a busy PI practice.

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation files as they progress toward settlement or trials.
• Make sure clients understand the process they will undertake.
• Draft all documents, including motions, pleadings, discovery, etc.
• Guide clients through the entire case.
• Attend and conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, etc.
