Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice in North Carolina and in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations and evaluate potential cases.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, depositions, and hearings.
• Research legal issues and prepare cases for court and other proceedings.
• Draft legal documents, pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
• Manage and review assigned cases to ensure timely progress.
• Communicate with clients in person, by phone, virtually, and in writing.
• Collaborate with case managers and team members to manage workflow.
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and case reviews.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and ensure compliance with firm procedures.
• Provide a high level of customer service to clients and ensure an excellent client experience.
• Navigate cases from initial consultation through resolution.
