Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our Raleigh, NC office. The attorney will handle PI cases through trial and help establish the firm’s presence in a new office.

The ideal candidate will hold a JD, be admitted to the North Carolina Bar, and have at least two years of PI litigation experience, with strong advocacy and writing skills and the ability to manage a full caseload independently.

Qualifications

• JD required and active North Carolina license in good standing.
• At least two years of Personal Injury litigation experience preferred.
• Strong advocacy, writing, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Personal Injury cases from intake through resolution, including trial.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams, case managers, and firm leadership.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with opposing counsel and stakeholders.
