BCG Attorney Search seeks an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney in Raleigh, NC to manage injury cases including medical malpractice, auto accidents, and premises liability. The role involves leading a team of case managers and paralegals with occasional travel to Charleston, SC for client meetings and proceedings.

The attorney will draft pleadings, negotiate with clients and insurers, and represent clients in court while mentoring staff and ensuring high-quality legal representation

Qualifications

JD from an accredited law school.
Active bar membership or ability to obtain NC bar within 90 days.
Excellent written, verbal, and negotiation skills.
Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of personal injury litigation to resolution.
Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, hearings, and trials.
Conduct depositions and client/witness interviews.
Provide coaching to team members and supervise paralegals/case managers.
Perform legal research on personal injury laws.
