BCG Attorney Search seeks a seasoned Trial Attorney in Charlotte, NC, to lead high-value personal injury cases from intake through verdict. The role covers all litigation stages, with support from an experienced legal team, including discovery, mediation, and jury trials.

The ideal candidate has a J.D. from an ABA-accredited school, NC Bar license, and at least 5 years of NC plaintiff's litigation experience, plus strong writing and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school.
• Licensed in good standing with the North Carolina State Bar.
• At least 5 years of plaintiff's litigation experience in NC.
• Deep understanding of civil litigation rules and trial strategy.
• Excellent writing, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex personal injury cases through all litigation stages.
• Investigate claims, develop case strategy, and draft briefs and motions.
• Conduct depositions, discovery, expert consultations, and witness preparation.
• Try cases to verdict and present evidence.
• Provide legal counsel and manage client expectations.
• Mentor junior attorneys and help improve processes.
